Not that a debate is needed, but this article written by a Squid and a Grunt bring perspective to those who may not have the view that others do. I suppose some will want to compare SEALS to Delta, and that is not a good comparison, if you read the article you'll know why. For my spin, maybe you compare Delta to Team 6. But I think the Green Beret's stand themselves since no other branch really does the insurgency, behind lines type work they do.

SPC George Rudenko The author notes that Ranger officers don't support their troops like SEAL officers do. I wonder if this is a result of SEAL officers training alongside enlisted -- they're in the same moments, doing the same suck, next to an enlisted guy. Maybe the Rangers should do it thataway too?
