How long does it take for documents to be approved in Army Selection Board System "My Board File"?

I had to upload quite a few documents into my board file, due to them being missing, or improperly labeled. I had to upload 23 documents and have had to handle this process on my own, as I've had no guidance from leadership and this is my first OML evaluation board. My question is how long does it take for the uploaded documents to be approved?

The answer is "it depends" because your 'My Board' file pulls from IPPS-A, your OMPF, and your evaluations in EES.
Assuming the documents that you had to upload yourself were iPERM uploads to go to your OMPF, it should happen within eight days of being uploaded ('My Board' synchs the documents from iPERMS every three to five days and priority uploads to iPERMS are processed and placed in your OMPF within three days). IPPS-A changes should be within 24 hours but I'm unsure about EES updates.
This is assuming you uploaded them for priority processing by having the word "Board" as the first word on the first line in the comments field. Having "Board" as the 1st/1st may not be a requirement (HRC only says to have the word "board" in the comments), but my folks never had an issue with the uploads not being handled as a priority when they did it that way.
If you didn't upload it for priority processing, then it can take up to a month and a half for the documents to appear in your OMPF.
If they were uploaded for priority processing, it's been longer than 2 weeks (10 work days .. giving 2 more as a buffer), and the documents aren't there, contact the iPERMS Board Support Team (refer to the "Record Update and Maintenance" page* on HRC's website).

According to MILPER 24-407*, the updates to your Candidate Data Card must be done by 1700 EST on 30 DEC 24 and updates to your AMHRR must be done by 1700 EST on 10 JAN 25.
So, you still have time to get the updates in and/or troubleshoot why they hadn't updated your iPERMS yet (again, assuming you identified them as requiring priority processing because they are part of a DA board).
Your priority should be ensuring your Candidate Data Card is correct and that you've submitted the PAR though IPPS-A if not (read the MILPER for the specific workflow template/routing). If it still shows as incorrect when you look at your MBF, then start
If your records won't be updated by the suspense, and you feel that something that is missing is important enough that it could affect your OML placement, then send a letter to the board with the missing documents (reference the MILPER for instructions).
