Yes without a doubt. In earlier times there was everything done to keep women and minorities from voting. Now some of the same things are repeating themselves in different forms. It's not a particular party thing, it's a way used by both parties to hedge their bets to win, or make it harder for certain demographics to have more sway in an election. Voter ID laws...lawd don't get me started.
