If you have a website about the reunion, just use the Shared Link feature to post it. Use whichever unit tags that are most appropriate to draw in RP members who may have served in that unit.
If you're referring to the USS Robert H. McCard (presumption, based on your profile and your other post), maybe use tags like its home port, any places where it deployed, its fleet number, etc. Those tags should help draw in members who might be interested.
