If she is indicted, will she serve time in jail? If not jailed, ankle bracelet/house arrest. If she isn't indicted, I may have to start an anti White Liberal Privilege foundation.

It appears the prevailing winds are blowing against justice. I find it sad that we no longer have faith in our justice system to prosecute someone who has blatantly broken the law. Where do we go from here?

Capt Seid Waddell - The problem is that those with their focus on their "party" are missing the whole point; BOTH sides want to win at ANY cost, and the "common" person be damned. Not a left or a right thing to it. GEN Petraeus screwed up...or down depending on how you look at it. His circle of "friends" really took care of him. Blue Falcons all the way. Had he used the correct "head" he wouldn't have had any problems.

Time will tell if the FBI does its job ORRR if they look the other way and sweep Hillary's scandals under the carpet.

SSG Warren Swan, not that many have their focus on the GOP these days; the establishment GOP has become Dem-lite, and are extremely unreliable.

The true fanatics are on the left, IMHO.

Capt Jeff S. - Can't say at this point I have much faith in the FBI and the management of that agency is rotted and can't be counted on to do the right thing.

She should be. General Petraeus was indicted for less.

Well He didn't have the Democratic Party pass to allow Corruption and criminal acts. It didn't matter if He didn't do anything wrong, He wasn't a Democrat so He could be accused anyway.

Every member of congress is subject to term limits.... it's called elections.... they have consequences. If people would start looking at results rather than R's and Ds we might get somewhere....

This is not about what party because when Nixon resigned bi-partisanship helped get it done and you KNOW the media doesn't give a damn.

CW3 Stephen Bacon, you and I are aware of the power of the ballot box, but it seems many are not. It's just my personal belief that being elected to Congress should not be a career path and term limits would certainly help keep our elected officials from using it as such so that they might "pork barrel" their way through life. By the way, the 535 foxes of which I spoke are the collective Republicans and Democrats that comprise our bicameral Congress! SSgt (Join to see)

Let's put it this way, if Obama endorses her, he has already made up his mind not to indict. Intent is not required to indict on many of her crimes. My guess is that the fix is in and even if she were indicted, she is going nowhere as Obama would pardon her. Remember, there is also a corruption investigation where the Clintons sold State Department favors for money to the CGI and speeches. The Clinton's set a world record by making some $200 million speaking, boy they must be brilliant speakers!
