You could always go to the VA's Chicago Regional Office - lots of VSO packed into one space (and VSOs don't cost you a dime to help you with your claim).

If you don't want to do that, just pick one - VSO claim reps are all required to go to the same VA training in order to become certified (although some of the organizations such as the DAV give additional training).

Apply for and manage the VA benefits and services you’ve earned as a Veteran, Servicemember, or family member—like health care, disability, education, and more.

What kind of service are you talking about? Will you be paying someone to help apply for the disability or going through a VSO?

I was looking to apply for disability in regards to the PACT act. I am open to suggestions and happy to pay for the service if its quicker. Any suggestions?
