Will I be able to keep the High Three retirement or automatically be switched over to the Blended Retirement System if I rejoin the military?

I am currently serving on Active Duty in the Navy and have been in for 6 years. My EAOS is at the end of this year and I do not currently plan on reenlisting. I am enrolled in the High Three retirement plan and it is my goal to commission into the Air Force when I separate from the Navy. When I commission, will I be able to keep the High Three retirement plan or will I automatically be switched over to the Blended Retirement System?

Short answer: You will remain in the legacy retirement system.
Long Answer: If you left the service PRIOR to January 1, 2018 and rejoined, you would be given a 30 day window to enroll in the BRS. However, since you were within the window and didn't convert at that point, you will remain in the legacy retirement system. 'Break in service' personnel are handled differently than individuals who are new to military service.
