3-19-C says 20 points for a degree. My s1 is not giving 135 points. I had my points taken down to 20 from 135. Our acting sergeant major agreed it was dumb but got convinced by 2 s1’s a captain and corporal. I don’t know how to contact if they’re wrong. Even the corral said it was dumb but that a G1 told her we’ve been doing it wrong.

You get 20 points for the degree itself and then 2 points for each credit hour, but not to exceed 135 total point for civilian education in total. Have you provided them a certified (in sealed envelope from your school) transcript showing all the classes, hours and degree? And you won't get all 135 just for a bachelor's. You can Google a points calculator to help.you out with this.

Yes my ARB has my degree listed and transcripts are IPERMED. I don’t know why this one S1 lady is interpreting the section C as is supersedes section A.

You get the 20 points for degree completion only if the degree was completed in the Army (regardless of when you started college).
