It is obvious that Adam Schefter has never taken a HIPAA class. However, I would place the blame on the entity that originally held the information.

SPC Thomas Baldwin I would agree the blame should go to whoever held the information at the facility he is at. Reporters are going to post the information they receive that is just the nature of your job
