If Nation Archives or personal records can't help in recovering my service records, where can I go?

I attended two schools for training that are not on my DD-214. One for 67N crew member wings US Army Reserves Los Alamitos CA Armed Forces Reserve Center 1987 (90 days TDY) and one for foreign jump wings- Turkey while serving at Ft Bragg NC 82nd Airborne Division. DD-85 Diplomas and certs were given but are not annotated on my discharge paperwork. Whom else would I turn to to have them added to my DD-214?

SPC Stanley Salce, the other responses I saw were talking about how to get the paperwork to prove you are eligible. If you only need your DD214 updated, then you need to go though the DD215 process and submit the paperwork along with it (https://veteran.com/dd215/).
Obviously if you need to do both you'll have to obtain the paperwork showing you're eligible first (follow suggestions by LTC Jason Mackay).

SPC Stanley Salce DD149. There is a series of links on Rally Point if you follow the threads on upgrading your RE code. The National Archives has a link by each service branch.

LTC Jason Mackay, a DD149 is used to correct military records for cause (injustice, etc) and is sent to a Service's Boards of Corrections.
If you need to update your DD214, then you use a DD215.
If after you go though all the regular admin actions to update/change your record and for whatever reason they are not doing so, then you can file with a Board of Correction.

SPC Stanley Salce, further clarification -- you won't submit on a DD215, you'll request the correction in either "letter format on or a Standard Form 180" and send the request to:
Commander
U.S. Army Human Resources Command
ATTN: AHRC-PDR-H/Dept 420
1600 Spearhead Division Ave
Fort Knox, KY 40122
One the corrections are approved, THEN you'll get a DD215 annotating changes to the DD214.
If they aren't approved, and you feel that you have compelling evidence that you should have those items changed, then you can go the route of the Board of Corrections.

You could attempt to contact the schools but you may be SOL. I don't expect you'll have much luck finding those records from the 1980s. Is there a specific benefit to having those schools annotated or just your piece of mind knowing your records are up to date?

Orders were cut for me to attend school at Ft. Rucker AL. 1987 by I believe LA MEPS or Los Alamitos. AFRC .Tried to reach out to records there in person. Was told to do a SF 180? I do not have copies of my documents or certificate anymore. I wore Turkish parachutist badge after completion while at Ft. Bragg till ETS. Nothing was annotated on my 214. Never received any docs on my finishing Ft. Rucker duty.

Yep got it, not on your 214, but the supporting documents are what you make copies of to send for a DD149 Correction to military records. This amends your records and it generates a DD215 which is an official correction to your DD214. If you are trying to amend RC discharge documents, I don’t know that process. Meaning your crew badge is RC time, I don’t know where that gets caught in the process. The DD214 is titled Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. It only applies to the period bounded by the start and end of that AD period. If an Army Reservist can help me out with the RC version of a DD214 (DD256 only seems to be the certificate).
SF180 is a formal request for military records. I do not know if that is a request to that HQ or the proponent in the RC system.
When doing an SF180 or a DD149 you have to provide as much info as possible and copies of supporting documents to assist in the processing of the request. There is no magic bullet.
If you don’t have anything that would have been in your manual 201 file, this could be an uphill slog. You could try reaching out to the Aviation Center and School at Rucker and see if they could find or replace the diploma from the 67N AIT and if they were the issuing HQ, the Format 200 orders (or similar) for the crew badge. When you reach out, go through the Public Affairs Office. They will get you to the right belly button at the School house.
