<p>I have been training with the training mask for a while now and I find that I am running better. However, I have heard others say that it is not worth the money or time. What are your thoughts?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>http://www.trainingmask.com </p><div class="pta-link-card"><div class="pta-link-card-picture"><img src="https://www.facebook.com/offsite_event.php?id= [login to see] 023&amp;value=0&amp;currency=USD"></div><div class="pta-link-card-content"><div class="pta-link-card-title"><a href="http://www.trainingmask.com" target="_blank">Elevation Training Mask | Simulate High Altitude Training</a></div><div class="pta-link-card-description">Elevation Training Mask helps condition the lungs by creating pulmonary resistance, strengthening the lungs, and increasing the surface area and elasticity in the alveoli.</div></div><div style="clear: both;"></div><div class="pta-box-hide"><i class="icon-remove"></i></div></div>

I just purchased one last week and I love it. I hate wearing the M40 but the 2.0 does not bother me. I spent 20 minutes on an elliptical testing it out and was drenched. Good stuff!

I bought one a couple weeks ago and have been using it for Cardio only, I was drenched as well after a short period of time. I cant give a great review yet but in the months ahead I hope that it pays off.

Personally I have never seen this but it does seem interesting. Are you running faster or better or just able to breath better?  It seems to me that by just the added leg time (running) would be about the same.

Honestly, I run faster and breathe better. It is kind of like the gas mask runs in the 62nd MED BDE. It is definitly a harder run.

I would say that I was breathing easier and catching my breathe faster in about 2 weeks.

I will lead with the fact that I don't have one, nor have I used one for training.

The claim that this is an elevation training mask is improper. It is a air restriction mask, not an elevation mask. The air that you are breathing with the mask on has the same level of oxygen that it does without the mask. It is merely restricting the amount of air you are getting in. This is not increasing the oxygen level in your blood, which is the ultimate benefit of training at elevation.

That being said, please try to convince me otherwise.
