I cannot sleep through the night still. Falling asleep is not a problem just staying asleep for a decent duration. Is there anything I can do?

Have you done a sleep study? They are commonly associated with sleep apnea, but that is not ALL they do.
I would start with your primary care, let them know your issues and ask for a referral for sleep study, psych, or both.
Long term, inability to get proper sleep can have SERIOUS implications, including psychosis (this is the EXTREME, not the norm, I am not saying this is what will happen, just highlighting the importance of getting it fixed.)

As a successful patient of a sleep study--I highly recommend! It may take a few months to identify any issues and change habits. Start with PCM and get referral. I was able to do mine virtually through CSU--so with a weekly check-in, it was much easier to schedule without impact to my workday.

I'd bring this up with your primary care first. They'll have the best advice given they know the whole picture of your health. It could be medication, stress, alcohol/drugs, time you go to sleep, what you do before you go to sleep, diet, etc.

It's not surprising that stress is one of the most prevalent health concerns in our fast-paced environment. Stress is a reaction to an apparent threat or difficulty. It might be either short-term or long-term, physical, emotional, or psychological.
Stress can help us stay awake and focused in the short term, but it can also have long-term negative effects on our health, including heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. Our heart rate and blood pressure can increase as a result of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. They may also cause us to experience tension and anxiety. We must learn how to control our stress levels if we want to lessen the negative impacts of stress on our bodies. Read more https://thesleepedition.com/what-are-stress-and-sleep/
