Yemen War - Man Vs Tank - Rebel Sneaks Up To Tank And Places Explosives During Battle. Incredible footage of a rebel sneaking up to a enemy T55 Tank and taking it out from close distance by placing explosives. The rebel was hidden in an already destroyed tank. The T-55 approached firing its gun and the rebel ran out, planted the explosives under the hull and ran back to his hiding spot.

A couple of isssues here. The T55 is an antique and like most Russian is of pretty low quality. I don't know exactly what the thickness of the belly armor is but it can't be much.
The armor is homogeneous steel and absorbs the shock of an explosive device.
The modern armor is plated and layered and is able to distribute a shock of an explosion rather than absorb it.
We don't know what kind of explosive charge that it was maybe an EFP device ? A satchel charge?
Our M1A1 and A2 could take that blaastvand keep on ticking.
The best job I ever had
Stay on the tank!

No clue about their military's training and/or capabilities, but still have to give the guy some credit. Has to take some chutzpah to try that regardless.
Also seems a bit too Battlefield game-ish to be real but game developers need inspiration too (along with the WWII, etc instances).

We had insurgent sneak up RGD 1 to Abrams located on the bridge checkpoint between Blue Diamond and Ar Aramadi. The Sergeant who was in charge of the tank, got demoted because of it. Although it was partially the command's fault. The NCO was truck driver, not a tanker and simply volunteered to man the checkpoint.
