Has anyone filed a claim for sinusitis, rhinitis or asthma as a result of agent orange exposure?

Has anyone started or filed a claim based on the following:
On May 2021, VA started implementing provisions of the William M. Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (NDAA), added asthma, rhinitis and sinusitis (to include rhinosinusitis) on a presumptive basis based on particulate matter associated with exposure to Agent Orange during military service in Southwest Asia and certain other areas.
If so, any issues? I've already successfully filed a claim for cancer involving agent orange but also have these issues .

I got the same notification regarding particulate exposure in the gulf. I haven’t yet done anything with it. If you do file, I hope you’ll share your experience.

I filed, was turned down but, received a letter stating sinusitis was now being accepted. Refiled but no answer yet.

I was given 0% for sinusitis in my initial C&P in 1998. A few years back VA paid for a rhinoplasty procedure on the economy, that allowed me to breath easier through one nostril. If They're going to start paying a percentage for the condition, I'd be very interested in hearing updates to Your quest.
