I Got a DUI, will I get qmp'd? How will I find out? I'm a new SSG and won't be looked at by board until at least 2024. If qmp coincides with the board, is that when I'll get my notice?

The QMP coincides with the SSG evaluation board, not with when you will get your first look.
A DUI isn't the triggering effect for the QMP, the punishment is. At your rank it's usually a GOMOR, or a negative in the character block. Once that is filed in your OMPF you will get a QMP notice around the same time your peers are getting an email that their board file will open.
I wish I could tell you to gather letters of recommendation from your Commanders past and present. But I've never seen a DUI retained in a QMP.
QMP guidance is issued every FY by MILPER message. You can go onto the HRC website and find the last one for more details

Those being considered for QMP will receive notification from HRC and/or chain of command. I advise you to read the annual QMP MILPER message. Tons of detail in it.

You'll get notified. I came down on QMP in 2016 because I had to defer SLC for three years because of my daughter's medical issues. I appealed that and got it removed but that's not a DUI. That was really out of my control. I did end up going 2 months after her transplant in 2018 though. Although I strangely was able to reenlist and, because I was at STRATCOM which is joint and everything admin like that came from Riley, I got my notification late. I still don't know how it took a few months to get to my Army Element Deputy Commander. I never got any email or anything before he called me to his office. It was weird.
DUI is pretty much a career killer anymore.
