So, I'm just curious to see what everyone has planned for their family to do or eat. There are a lot of diverse people are in the military and its good to always see other peoples cultures. What's usually on your grill whenever you fire it up?

A grill cover. Will be at a cemetery instead this year.

I'm doing that first, placing flags at the graves of local veterans interred there.

Then BBQ with the family. Probably burgers.

If I had a grill . . . I'd be doing up some chuck mock steaks with minimal seasoning. They actually end up absolutely delicious.

I tend to keep it pretty simple SGT (Join to see) --- little bit of salt and pepper, maybe a bit of garlic ... not much else. I usually fry up some onions and mushrooms for use as a topping on the steak. Add a baked potato and a cob of corn and you have a meal fit for a hungry Marine!
