Some transition points put it on there and others don't. Your military education history is retained on ATRRS

SPC(P) (Join to see) if you want a one stop shop for military training after you ETS. It’s the Joint Service Transcript JST

LTC Jason Mackay I was just concerned because if was to consider transferring to reserve or national guard I wonder if I would loose the promotional points for the military education I already completed that all Sir.

SPC(P) (Join to see) your courses are on your ATRRS, your 214 isn't necessary for promotion points in the NG or USAR

You can have your education added to block 14. You need to bring proof that you completed the courses and have that with you when you complete/review your DD214 before discharge. I wouldn't put anything but important courses. Additionally having a 1059 for the course is more important than having it on your DD214. Your education isn't lost when you reenlist, but if you transition to the National Guard/Reserves they may not be able to access it. Then if you have a break in service you will have to prove thing again. This may be a little different today with everything being digital, but that is my experience when I transitioned to the National Guard.
