Do Warrant Officers have to go into the specialty field of their feeder MOS?

Currently I am 2 months away from starting my terminal leave ETSing from the Army. I was just planning on going to school and trying to get into law enforcement in Florida. My unit just went on a deployment that I passed on because I was set on ETSing. I am now having doubts and somewhat regret not going with them, or at least extending my contract. Back to the original question...I do not like the WO path of my MOS which would be 140A - Command and Control Sytems Technician. Can I go into a different one and/or is all lost now with my remaining TIS?

Since you are only two months from ETS and chose to ETS rather than deploy, you're going to ETS as scheduled...you are ineligible for continued service.
If you had more time on your contract, and didn't chose to ETS, there are a few warrant officer jobs you could have qualified, which are MOS immaterial.
Here's the current information:

The link MSG(P) Quick provided is exactly what I would have recommended as a starting point to research the various Warrant Officer MOS's available and the prerequisite qualifications.

No, you don't have to go into your WO feeder MOS, you can go for any WO MOS you desire so much as you meet the requirements of that MOS (GT score or other testing). I've known several personnel who have done so.
