Why is my RallyPoint application not allowing me to upload files for sharing?

In the last week, my ability to upload files for sharing on RallyPoint have failed that now, I believe that this situation is a backend issue. Please help me.

Depends on the file. JPEG files usually have no issues. I've learned that PNGs and GIFs can't load. Never tried uploading a PDF. SSG Carlos Madden, can you shed some light?

Pdf is not loading at all. It hangs first and then, it errors out MSG (Join to see) and SSG Carlos Madden.

I have a PDF uploaded to mine. How big is the file that could be the problem. Try printing to Microsoft PDF, that usually converts it smaller.
