For me it is simple:

1-Eat better meaning a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables as often as possible including raw ginger and garlic in food gets nutrients in you that let body do its natural healing

2 Harm Reduction with Alcohol and or Drugs or Medications You are never going to be Able to do enough drugs alcohol etc and forget things

3) Confront Demons regardless of details and how they are part of your time and development and attempt to do positive things as a result. Understand how young you were when things happened. Give yourself a break. Ask for a break also

for example:
overuse injury---learn the therapy traction inversion yoga decompression routines and machines and then make a team of people and share the knowledge with small goals to even just teach 1 other person when you notice they are in pain walking badly

Abuse Neglect Feelings so odd you still have no real vocabulary. Try to not spread this damage. Look online as there are possibly some others, and try to rebuild sense of reality, no matter how odd it may be Trust and Learn to look up to God and Prey as often as needed





This is my addition to what I feel is part of Defending the Constitution and the Preamble thought process

Plus one on all accounts. I try to learn a new word every day. Or at least refresh my memory on the definition of an old one. Something I was taught to do way back in 9th grade English. Mrs. Sakonchick would be proud.
