Anti-American or Anti-Government?
I'd have to lean towards the 60's for Anti-Government, as the mass media capabilities changed the way people could see things. It's one thing to read about events. It's another thing to see them unfold.
In the 2000s, the world however became Anti-America in a lot of ways. We tend to forget we have neighbors, and we pissed off a lot of folks in the post 9-11 world.
