Any of the above depending on your military pay grade and how your resume is drafted. There are different levels of logistics in the military and the private/public sector, major warehouses with bulk items, smaller operations with a combination of bulk and daily use supplies.

Any or all of the above.
IF you are thinking about resumes, your best bet is to tailor your job title to the job you are applying for (without lying). If you are applying for a warehouse inventory job, then supply chain manager might be best. If you are applying for an office job coordinating supplies, then logistics manager. Etc. Just keep in mind what your duties were, what you actually DID, and how you can relate that to the job for which you are applying.
As a senior level Human Intelligence Collector, I can say I was an interrogator, intelligence specialist, intelligence collector, liaison / government liaison, intelligence analyst, report writer, proofreader, quality control specialist, team lead, mid-level manager, supervisor, counter-surveillance specialist, or physical security expert. Obviously most of those skills / job titles won't apply to most jobs - but some will, and those are the ones I highlight.
