Why are people allowed to disrespect RP member admins?

I've noticed on more than one occasion extreme levels of disrespect. It bothers me tremendously that when the administration tries to keep this site "professional" they are reprimanded. Why have admins if they can't do their "jobs?"

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quite a few of us have been taking some much needed mental hygiene days off, but I HAD to thank you for sending a shotout of support. Talk about a thankless job. The only way to truly understand what these volunteers do and put up with is to do it dday in and day out. It can't be summarized in a standard complaint form or to document each and every situation. It is just a nightmare most of the time. Keeping an even temperment when you are called every name in the book is tiresome, but seeing members disrespect each other is facebook freedom of speech. I've been laying low since cinco de mayo and hope to see some changes made before I even consider doing any more admin work. For you die hard admins still fighting the good fight, I take my hat off to you. Now, back to studying Japanese and watching History channel.......

I didn't see the comment you asked SSG Trust about but I did see the response to you from someone with the made up last name Etadik and I believe he has been banned and should have been. If I can ever find him as I pass thru PA I promise to look him up and beat the hell out of him for everything he said to you. Although he should be pitied and has 1st Amendment Rights those do no apply to a public forum with posted Rules of Conduct. It was despicable and lower than low. I have probably passed too many Psychology and Abnormal Psych classes for my own good but I wasn't prepared for that. I will kick his rear from Reading to Pittsburgh!

This is certainly not the RallyPoint I joined. The attacks have gotten far more vicious and personal. I didn't sign up to get treated that way. Just because we have differences of opinions doesn't make us bad people. It makes us different. If we were all the same we would be boring. But to be called racist and sexist names, having your service questioned, and being told to go back in the kitchen. That's definitely uncalled for. I know I am not alone when I say this, but I don't feel the staff truly cares as we are free labor. Well I'm no one's free labor anymore! Thank you for your support and your husband is super awesome and a great friend.

Towards admin or not, Why is there DISRESPECT on RallyPoint [PERIOD]. And is being retired a pass to be disrespectful or belligerent?
