You'll never know about SERE unless you go. Most of the information isn't publicly available and most of the publicly available information is intentional misinformation.

Your question is pretty vague. "what should I know" leaves the field way too wide. As most everyone else has stated, you are not likely to get the answers you need on that particular school, but if you are looking for simple things like "where is it" or "how are you selected to attend" you *might* have luck asking specific questions. No guarantees.
Also, in line with LTC Jason Mackay, if you tell us a bit more about the project, it may help us to steer your project to something more viable - or to provide you with better, more focused questions (or both!).

Those courses have Non-Disclosure Agreements to keep the information in. I recommend a different topic for your project. Something with more open source materials and not protected. There's plenty of those still within the military. Airborne or Air Assault schools would be fairly simple to gather the info you need.

Layla Reab what exactly is the project, perhaps we can coach you to a more available topic.
