I have a 20-30 page report I am required to do for my Capstone project to complete my Bachelors degree. It is about the challenges facing management throughout history, culminating with the challenges facing managers when jobs are outsourced overseas. I would need to interview you via internet or phone, and my professor would need to talk to you as well, via phone. The report and PowerPoint presentation will be due in 6 weeks. Is there anyone on here who has knowledge or experience with this type of thing, and is willing to be my subject matter expert? Thank you in advance for considering this.

I am no expert but the American competitive edge is high tech, but we often build factories where the wages are much lower to produce hi tech items. This gives the foreign country manufacturing know how and accelerates them to become industrialized. Japan saw S Korea as a fertile industrial country and invested in it. Then the world saw China as the next opportunity for cheap labor and the rest of the countries invested in manufacturing in that country.

I do not have a ton of experience with military leadership, if that is what you're specifically looking for. However, I do have an extensive civilian managerial background, including some hard-learned lessons on leading millenials and the pitfalls of diversity based hiring.
