How many of us are familiar with the new HR system that is about to roll out? National Guard members should be ready, you are fist up to the bat to try out this system. Looks like a good amount of changes will be made through this system over the next three years. Time to study up.

Everyone should be flexable when it comes to new systems. The Military will always come out with something bigger and better!

Yes, but I am interested in how many people have seen the IPPS-A link on AKO and didn't even think to push on it, or inquire about what its function will be to them or their soldiers.

The new release date for the 2nd Wave is May 2014 for ARNG and Active Component. The IPPS-A SRB training is also available on the Army Learning Management System (ALMS) but you have to register first on ALMS.
