How does your unit recognize members PCSing? Is it similar for all ranks?

At my goodby diner I am another Capt were the guests of honor.
The commander introduced my wife and I then George. He stated that George's wife was not in attendance because she had just had a baby the night before. George replied "I had nothing to do with that."
After the laughter died down he said "Oh no, I didn't mean that."
But, to the question. That outfit gave a hand made, framed certificate of service to the unit. The message was custom made to the member's time.
And no, it was not the same for every rank.

One unit gave me a coin as I went out the door (507th), and my unit in Korea gave me a very nice shadow box with the U.S. and South Korean flags, the unit patch, the Battalion coin, and a little engraved brass plate. That one is special to me because that unit no longer exists. My unit in Korea did this for everyone who PCS'ed, regardless of rank.

My unit usually gets those who have gone above and beyond a Spartan sword (300 version, not historically accurate but hey)
