In trying to make a living , sometimes we have to be creative and do some odd jobs from time to time. What is the oddest of odd jobs that you ever had? Was it worth the money ?

I was a bellman at The Brown Hotel on Kentucky Derby weekend and got to carry luggage from celebrities rooms to their limos , including: John Lovitz (a true slob). John Goodnan (same in real life as on screen), Dixie Carter (much better looking with makeup), and William Shatner (ego). As a Star Trek fan , I nearly crapped my pants for a second when I got to his room. But when he opened the mouth and the ego came out, i held my butt cheeks together and stayed professional and did my job.

Bouncer at a very seedy local bar that used to be a happening place in the 80s and 90s.

1st job post ETS was being a door guard in a topless bar in San Jose, Ca.
Learned two important facts ...
1) Anything you buy by the keg and sell by the glass will make you money, and
2) Boobies can cause the price of beer to go up
