Your DD-214 will list your military decorations.

PO3 Thomas Keeley - My DD-214 lists my last duty assignment and in the remarks it lists the dates for my service in Vietnam but it does not list other duty stations.

PO3 Thomas Keeley There are unit citations (MUC, PUC, JMUA, VUA etc) and then there are your decorations which are either individual awards (NAM, NCM, NMCM, MSM, AM etc) or service/campaign awards (NDSM, AFEM, etc)
Recommend you review your documentation (original copies of awards/records), your DD214, SECNAVINST 1650.1h to look at eligibility based on where and when's you served for campaign/service decorations. AR600-8-22 is easier to use in MHO, but you are a sailor so there you go.

I wasn't able to find the unit award database for the Navy. The Army posts one for public use. Recommend looking at the USS America association for leads on what unit citations were rendered, then you can chase those. Looks like in mid 1981 there was a Navy Expeditionary service Medal authorized.

Don't know what to do with your beach assignments. The only thing I would recommend is looking to see I find NAS Meridian was eligible for an HSM if there was a hurricane and the base rendered aid to the community.
Unit awards are tricky as they take a long time to be published and you have to chase them down. A good unit community is imperative to chase down the orders or authorizing document.
Not sure how the Navy does it, but the Army used an Officer Record Brief ORB/Enlisted Record Brief ERB where it lists the detailed elements of where you were assigned down to exact position level. The 214 doesn't do that. Each service has a thing that looks like, smells like, tastes like the ERB. Do you have that document?
The time periods you list do not trip any obvious named operations or conflicts where service decorations in particular would be issued. End of the day, what you have on your 214 is,likely what you have. Is there an award that you think others you served with received but you did not? Recommend you start reading.
