Where can I find a list of Functional Areas (FA) and the corresponding requirements?

I admit this topic perplexes me and I'm not sure if it evens applies to me a Reservist.
Every now and then I come upon an interesting vacancy that are pointing toward a specific FA (Satellite Operations for example), and now I’m seeing MILPER’s for FA assignments. Are they open for USAR officers? Recently I saw a MILPER for FA58 - Enterprise Marketing and Behavioral Economics Officer. Clearly it was for an active duty position (essentially, it sounded like the liaison officer for Army marketing and recruitment efforts with civilian consulting firms).
How do FA’s work? Are they encouraged for Reserves? Is there a consolidated list of FA’s like MOS’s (I can’t find one)? How do pursue one? I’ve never hear about this from my mentors in the reserves, or any mention for one in regard to career progression.

CPT (Join to see) DA PaM 600-3. There is also a CAC protected MilSuite page to supplement the DA PAM.
FAs are discussed in detail in the Smartbook DA Pam 600–3 at https://www.milsuite.mil/book/groups/smartbook-da-pam-600–3.

Each FA branch has a Reserve representative that can answer your questions. Each component have different requirements for entry, unlike the standard VTIP procedures that active guys go through. USAR contact info can be found on AIM page.
