My husband needs dental implants desperately. Does VA pay for dental implants or partially pay?

Yeah, I mean like how hard is that? They could at least venture out and do fillings. Hell even cleanings would be an improvement.

VA Dental care is limited to 100% Disabled or Service Connected dental disability.

+1 -- this is also my understanding. Your husband would have to either have a service-connected dental disability, or be rated at 100% service-connected disabled.

The veteran must have a total and permanent disability rating (non dental related) for access to dental benefits. Of course, if the veteran IS service connected for a dental related condition, then of course, it doesn't matter what the rating is.

And, yes. The VA does implants if the patient passes the requirements of the board.

A1C Jerry Curl, any Veteran needs to be rated by VA in order for them to receive compensation or care. I recommend that you visit this website to learn more about the dental care offered by VA: https://www.va.gov/dental/.
