As the others have stated, yes you do get one. I had trouble getting mine as well. My problem was that I owed money on my taxes last year so the IRS didn't have any info saved about me. After I gave them what they wanted I got a check roughly two weeks after. What you need to do is go to https://www.irs.gov and select the "Get My Payment" link. Follow the instructions and they will let you know if you qualify and what you need to do.

Thank you.
This was really helpful.
I ended up going to the IRS website and submiting a Non-Filers form.
Hopefully that will solve the problem.
Thanks again.

I received mine. The stimulus checks are being issued based on tax info from the IRS and I have seen that there may be additional steps for veterans who don't have a traditional annual income that is taxed.

yes they do, if you filed taxes it speeds things up and even faster if IRS has your bank info to send it to
