RASP is a selection for the 75th. You wouldn't be in the 75th and go to RASP, you have to pass rasp to go to the 75th.
Ranger school is a TRADOC school, like Airborne and Basic training. It has nothing to do with the 75th. Anyone can attend Ranger School if your unit will send you.

I just want to add a caveat, For anyone to go to any school, there has to be a slot, a budget # to draw from and a unit that selects and recommends attendance. Keep in mind while many do attend special schools like BAS, Ranger pathfinder and the like, units and big Army tend to ask what is gained by sending snuffy to school.

As a reservist, you a going to have one hell of a time getting a ranger or rasp slot. Why would your unit send you to a school in which you couldn’t use the skill set taught. And to go to RASP, you have to be on active duty or be going active

Yes you can attend Ranger School as a reservist. It depends on getting a school seat and approved funding from the unit to send you but it is possible. RASP is the pathway to Regiment and doesn’t sound like that’s what you want.
