I need proof of what gear they had Soldiers turn in Upon PCS.

AKO used to have a historical feature where you could pull previous hand receipts. I'm assuming you are the subject of a FLIPL, the down side of this system, is they can top,load changes.

LTC Jason Mackay - no, at BOLC we were issued gear and had to turn it in before PCSing. I.e the IBA... which you never can PCS with.
