I want to hear what our SM can think of, ways to stop Sexual harassment, and do you think sharp Program works in the US Army. Also would it be a good idea to have a Sharp app on your phone to report in secret. Or do you believe all 1SG and CDR should be sharp rep so the SM can report restricted or non restricted to them.

Segregate the sexes. Female sailors? Put them on an all-female ship. Female soldiers/marines? Put them in an all-female combat unit, etc.

Honestly, SHARP is laughable because junior-enlisted Soldiers and NCOs see higher-ranking NCOs and officers getting away with it a lot of the time. Punishments seem to be more rank-based, with different standards being held to service members based on their rank. People can get as emotional as they want in these classes, but until the Army starts taking it seriously for every rank, it will continue being a problem.

I agree the DOD says they are taking a hard line stance, then take a hard line stance.

The military as a whole needs to stop letting offenders off with light sentences. They need to start hold maxing offenders out and setting an example that if you conduct yourself in these ways your going to get hammered. All ranks regardless of enlisted or officers need to be held to the same standards in a GCM
