I was transferred to the IRR because my spouse is active duty and we live OCONUS. I have a list of medical conditions and a recent diagnosis that call for an eval. I have not deployed with 5 years of service in the reserves.

IMHO:
Start with ‘Sick Call’!
Doctors’ Evaluation This Year!
From There, go through Chain of Command. Document EVERYTHING!
Ask for MEB ASAP!
Call or email me for assistance! [login to see]

FYI: I requested Medical Discharge from Army in 1987!
I represented myself at MEB at Walter Reed Medical Center in DC!

Either visit a military medical provider or attend an SRP....or contact LHI.

You should have received a sponsoring unit when you transferred. Contact that organization.
