To all my fellow NCOs, current and veterans, this is a page I was asked to check out and try and get some follow on support for, it is a page that is utilized by NCOs from SGT - CSM in helping Soldiers with information that can or could be helpful to them. I try my best to be an advocate, mentor and be a good friend as much as I can to as many of the Soldiers, NCOs and Officers here on RP who are our future for a better, smarter and stronger military in each and every branch. I have to be supportive and try my best to prepare them and guide them in the right directions, and mentor them with any and all knowledge that I accumulated myself good and bad, it all helps in some form or another.
