To all my fellow NCOs, current and veterans, this is a page I was asked to check out and try and get some follow on support for, it is a page that is utilized by NCOs from SGT - CSM in helping Soldiers with information that can or could be helpful to them. Go check it out and let me know what you think and give any necessary feedback that you think can help improve it or needed overhauls.

It was sent to me by another NCO from here on RP that wanted a big talker and straight shooter like me to push it to the forefront a little.

Give it a look over and provide feedback positive and negative so it can help either way.

Great website - heard about it before but never really checked it out. I am glad to see Leaders starting to use social media to benefit their peers.

SFC Baber,  I am going to see if I can get some free advertising from the racing community.   I have friends who I know would do this.   From LTL truckers to World of Outlaw Sprint Car Drivers.

And by all means,  do what you can because advocacy is a lot of work but well worth it.

Larry,

I try my best to be an advocate, mentor and be a good friend as much as I can to as many of the Soldiers, NCOs and Officers here on RP who are our future for a better, smarter and stronger military in each and every branch. I have to be supportive and try my best to prepare them and guide them in the right directions, and mentor them with any and all knowledge that I accumulated myself good and bad, it all helps in some form or another.
