If my current position in a team is compromised by an ongoing fraternization between my team and squad leader, how should I handle it?

I'm having issues with my Squad Leader who is currently dating my Team Leader. I fear this will cause conflict with both people in addition to possibly receiving a negative NCOER. How should I handle this situation? SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" LTC Stephen F. CPL Dave Hoover SGT David A. SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" - Yea, pulling them aside is gonna get a big "F*CK OFF" answer, followed by all the shit details and bad papers. 1SG is gonna need to get wind of this. Like, yesterday.

Marine Corps response... Both the squad leader and the team leader are permanently transferred to opposite ends of the base, as of yesterday. Your NCOER, normally done by the departing NCO rater, should be done by whoever is the squad leader's rater, and possibly/probably/should be an "not observed" report. But that is not your responsibility.
Is the command aware of this relationship between the squad leader and the team leader?

Maj John Bell I'm unsure sir. I know other people in the unit are aware of it. Honestly I hope they aren't aware because then the unit would be a part of the problem.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - My response is not going to cheer you up or make all sunshine and butterflies. Combat analogy: you are in a very shallow hole inside the ECR of a hand grenade with an enemy better cover, concealment, and line of fire. What do you do?
-Lie there and hope they run out of ammo, or
-Lie there and hope they move on to another target, or
-Lie there until one of his buddies walks up and kills you with an E-tool, or
-Hope someone else kills the enemy, or
-Win a Bronze Star with combat V, possibly posthumously, probably with an accompanying Purple Heart.
I don't mean this to sound like a scolding. I'm not in your boots. I don't know what you know. But it sounds like your position is untenable. If it is in fact untenable, get your ducks lined up in a row, make sure you can prove what you have to say. [All it should require is proof that there is a romantic relationship between two different levels in the chain-of-command.] Hopefully the two are honest enough to fess up if asked. Bring it to the chain of commands attention and hope for the Bronze Star, without the folded flag or the Purple Heart.
You are an NCO, there is a good possibility that one or more soldiers beside you is in a bad position, someone has to step up. If not you, who? If not now, when? If not this, what?

SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" that’s a slippery slope. I’ve never personally worked closely with woman so I am unsure of how regularly these things happen. I do however, know that minding my own business is and always was the best practice.
