In a new story, Islamic State calls on backers to kill 100 U.S. military personnel and launch an online list of the names and addresses of those personnel they want killed. Is this an attempt at outsourcing by ISIL?

I would take extra precautions to ensure the safety of my family, change passwords, and be aware of my surroundings. Can never be too safe.

I'm feel I'm as prepared as I can be if they were to target me or my family. I've got a CCW and would have no problem with dispatching anyone who attempts to do my family or me harm.
