Can somebody please tell me what AR or Natl Guard Bureau Regulation covers fraternization between Officers and Enlisted in the National Guard?

LTC Jason Mackay , yrs, but not sure Fed's recall the suspect to AD to try suspect. So it up to State, in fact, I not sure Fed's have jurisdiction when not in AD. I am not JAG and do not play one on TV.

Gentlemen. I'm a career Air Force SNCO and have spent very little time around the Army. However, it only took about two minutes to find the answer on google. See page 81 of this document.
