Is this something we should be wary of? Russia is prodding w/ a pointy stick in the Ukraine, & now China is ramping up even more.

They both want to be the dominant powers in their region, and they share a lot of region.

'Zactly. I'm sure there is a strategy lined up to combat China if it were to come to that. Now, if ROE would allow to actually win that combat is yet to be seen...
