While I was on recruiting duty from 2006-2009 I was seen by civilians for surgery on my hand and a broken clavicle. It was in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I don't remember the hospital I was seen at and Tricare told me that they are unable to look back that far for any claims. I called every hospital I could think of and none have any record of me being a patient there. Is there any way to reach Tricare and have them be able to look back that far?

MSG Bo Lathrop did you have the records from the civilian treatment facility sent to out patient records at a MTF? If so, they’d have digital copies. If not, they’ll have no idea and won’t be there when you retire for VA et al.

Perhaps TRICARE can do a billing info pull to see who got paid for your treatment. They never seem to lose those.

I didn't ask TRICARE that, I only asked if they could look up the claim number and they told me they can only see the last 4 years. I'll call them again and ask. Thank you, Sir.

Hopefully, that should at least give you enough to really give it a whirl...as I'd said, if you need anything more, lemme know, and I'll spin my mental gears some more, OK?

Hope is all of use, if you get anywhere with any of it, I'd be curious to know, of course, whenever you might be able to answer, no rush, obviously, anytime, of course...and, as I'd said, if I can think of anything else worthwhile, I'll try to send it, or, if you wanna chat more about the whole thing, just lemme know, also, once again, no rush, whenever you'd want, OK?

That led me to this, look through all of these, it might well be one of them, a decade isn't terribly far back, though, certainly, it might've closed, I suppose, which is why you'd go to the state, the city, and and the association, as well, if need be....
