Secretary Carter's address as the new Defense Secretary. Your thoughts?

I like it, MSgt Michael Durkee. Secretary Carter sounds like he has a vision for the DoD, and he has a plan to execute his vision. I like his three priorities. I like how he laid out the challenges, and then how he described "our nation's enduring strengths."
That said, he's got (we've got) quite a job ahead of us, considering these challenges:
"We confront a turbulent and dangerous world: continuing turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa, and the malignant and savage terrorism emanating from it; an ongoing conflict in Afghanistan; a reversion to archaic security thinking in parts of Europe; tensions in the Asia-Pacific; the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction; and intensifying threats in cyberspace."
That said, he's got (we've got) quite a job ahead of us, considering these challenges:
