A federal judge in South Texas on Monday temporarily blocked President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration, giving a coalition of 26 states time to pursue a lawsuit that aims to permanently stop the orders.

Not gonna work. As much as many of us don't like it, executive authority has been defined by actions and Obama is working within his rights as the executive. Every president for decades now has expanded executive power. Obama is doing nothing different and his decision will stand.
