Doing Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum vol.1 2 years ago I dropped close to 10 pounds in 2 months and have never felt better. I am starting that workout again since I now have time because of finishing school, and it got me thinking. What's everyone's workout of choice? You can be as detailed as you like.

I believe you mean "least disliked."

I run. I run because I like food.

I've actually got a Half Marathon this weekend... and next. and 7 more confirmed (paid for) through the end of the year. I hate running... but man is it good at keeping the weight off.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - Yep, back in Oct. Also ran "Dopey" in January (full, 1/2, 10k, 5k). "Might" be running Shamrock full in 2 weeks.

I used to do Insanity with my section as supplemental PT, and it is a great workout. If have a fairly generic routine for myself, but if I want to really push myself or initiate a gut-check, I ruck up, and hit the road. It is amazing how 60ish pounds on your back, 10ish miles under your boots, and some good old hard rock in your ears, can make you feel.
