This is a dirty rotten shame, SGT Jim Z.. I'm guessing that Loya was a scorned lover of one of the two victims. Well, that was my guess, so I Googled the story again and found this: "Coast Guardsman Adrian Loya shot dead female fellow officer after becoming 'obsessed' with her" So I guess my guess may have been right. Sadly.
