Adaptability...being a chameleon. I can morph easily into any job the military has assigned, sometimes to my detriment. This, however has allowed me to personally tap into personal talents I never knew I had.

Do you attribute something you were God-given or something you were taught, that was reinforced...to your success while in uniform?

I deal with the problem in front of me. Although I'm VERY capable of looking at the big picture, when faced with an immediate problem I got after the problem in front of me. An immediate fix that buys time for long term planning is better than long term planning without a fix.

All joking aside, being able to compartmentalize and put your feet in the correct direction and make forward progress. No matter what, making that first step truly leads to progress.
