What is white cell at ntc? And what do you do there?

I have a P3 profile, in which I can't do anything. I started my MEB. But I can't go forward with it because my CO wants me to go to ntc jus to do admin, which is not my job. And also I have 3 children and my husband works. And I have no one to keep them while im gone for that time. I'm lost to what to do now

SPC (Join to see) - that not my job part...where in the Soldier's Creed is that? Your unit has been assigned a mission. Someone is going to pull White Cell. Each unit likely has to provide X number of people. They could have figured out a way to drag you to the box and work in the TOC or pull KP. Understand this will be personally challenging for you, but you need to figure it out. How would you have deployed?
