My appeal was just updated today to Pending Decision Approval phase with estimated completion date of 04/09/2019-04/16/2019. Don’t how how true these dates are?

In the 13 months since I moved to RAMP, my appeal Pending Decision date has changed from Sept 19, Aug 19, March 31, 2019, April 30 2019, June 2019, October 2018. I'm sorry to say, this "date" has no meaning.

In my case it was reasonably accurate. They had my claim long in advance of my retirement date but could not process it until I retired. Then it was like a month and a half. The eBenefits dashboard was accurate.

These vary a lot depending on how many issues are open and how complex they are. There are two more steps at that point, one by the RVSR and one by a reviewing official. If everything is in order, a week or so. Shouldn't be more than three weeks for a case requiring a legal review or something else complicated.
Those are ballpark figures, though. I've seem multiple remands happen on cases at this point because ore evidence was needed.
