Are you authorized to wear medals and awards you earned while on active duty Army while in the Army National Guard? I was trying to find an answer, and all I have seen is that National Guard aren't authorized to wear state awards if they transfer to Active duty

Yes you can wear all your federally recognized awards

Yes, awards earned while AD Army may be worn on your ARNG uniform.
